Samvadify supports two paths. If you already have a WhatsApp Business API number with any BSP, connect it via inbound webhook and Samvadify automates on top. If you don't, we help you set up the number during onboarding. Either way, template approvals, opt-ins, and 24-hour session rules are handled the same way Interakt does — Samvadify does not bypass Meta rules.
Samvadify is flat-rate. Pro is ₹849 per month, Pro+ is ₹1,499 per month, and Pro Business starts at ₹2999 per month for the owner plus 10 agent seats and scales to ₹5999 for 100 seats. There are no per-conversation charges layered on top of Samvadify's own fee (Meta's conversation charges still apply on any WhatsApp platform, Interakt included). All three channels are included on every paid plan — Instagram DM + comment automation, WhatsApp Business automation, and a full Telegram AI bot creator. Interakt is WhatsApp-only or WhatsApp-mostly, which usually means you end up paying a second vendor for Instagram.
Yes. Approved WhatsApp templates are tied to your Meta Business Manager, not to Interakt, so they carry over automatically once you connect the number. Keyword flows and AI prompts can be pasted directly into Samvadify's builder — our team will migrate them for you at no cost during Pro Business onboarding.
Yes. Samvadify runs on the official Meta Graph API with the same permission scopes as Interakt. We never scrape, never use unofficial clients, and we do not touch personal WhatsApp — only WhatsApp Business API numbers connected through Meta.
Yes. Samvadify connects to Shopify through the webhook tool builder for order status, tracking and abandoned-cart follow-ups, and adds Instagram Comment-to-DM funnels that Interakt does not cover.
